Our 25th Anniversary of the ESVCN Congress !! 9th -11th September 2021 ESVCN 2021 Virtual again
Unfortunately, the Board, once again, had to take the decision to go online with this year’s ESVCN Congress.
The local organising Team in Portugal will remain our Virtual Host and they promised to have us ‘live’ in Vila Real in the near future!
Although, of course, we are very sad we had to take this decision again, the health and safety of our community is paramount.
Registration is now open – with the early bird deadline ending 1 July.
We will, once again have a fabulous meeting, building on last year’s success and making it even better. So please don’t lose the opportunity to share your research with our worldwide community and to learn about the latest findings in veterinary and comparative medicine.
If you have already registered at the ‘in situ’ congress fee you will be receiving a refund as we have reduced the fees for the virtual congress, as promised. Stay safe and well.

The University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD) is delighted to invite you to participate in the 25th Congress of the European Society of Veterinary and Comparative Nutrition (ESVCN).
The University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, UTAD, is a public university located in the north-eastern city of Vila Real, Portugal. It became a public university in 1986, although its history also includes a heritage received from its predecessor, the Vila Real Polytechnic Institute, created in 1973. UTAD's motto is “Scientia et Labore Omnia Adipiscere”, which translates to “find science and toil”. This is in keeping with the university's dedication to expanding scientific knowledge and developing technology in order to respond to global, national and regional problems.
